  1. I have the PPE Headers and Joez exhaust. Beautiful rumble sound and yes definitely faster. The headers brought it to life. It makes the factory ISF {which is brilliant} feel sedated. I wouldn't of believed it until i drove it.
  2. I agree. Im all for it but want to know more definate details before going ahead.
  3. Depends on your budget. I have owned a MY10 and now have a MY13 ISF. There is a difference with the vehicle as it is much more refined. I have put on the PPE headers and JoeZ exhaust and the car if brilliant to say the least in performance. Also if it is reliability you are worried about then the ISF's have proven to be very reliable over the years. Most of the guys on the forum will vouch for that. I did actually drive the GSF on the Lexus of Chatswood track day last week and can say that i was very impressed. The chassis and ride is very refined and Lexus has done a excellent job of it. I will definately consider buying one in the future as i like a 4 door but with the power as well. It is more powerful than a stock ISF but not as quick as a modified one as i can vouch for that. Either way in my opinion you cant go wrong with either of them. Both are brilliant cars. Just depends as i said on your budget. Hope this helps.
  4. Welcome to the club. I guess the best advice is to make sure your isf has full service history . In 2012 there was a model upgrade. The 2012 MY13 had a upgraded audio unit which added Bluetooth audio streaming where as the MY12 doesnt. Beware though that some 2012 ISF'S are being advertised as a MY13 but are in fact MY12's. As far as th car goes, i can say they are extremely reliable, have a quality feel and i love them. Enjoy.
  5. Congratulations and welcome to the ISF club. I believe that was the one advertised in Melbourne. Looked good in the photos.
  6. Guys the ISF peaks at around 245km/h at the end of the main straight. Pretty hairy. You have to really be careful as it is might not be as quick as the smaller cars in the corners but its a hell of a brut animal on the stretches. I havent gone off at Phillip Island as im a little overcautious with a ISF. No insurance and i dont want to risk totalling it.
  7. Not surer out this F. I plan on attending Phillip island in the 7th Feb. pm me and we can chat
  8. Yes. Inupgraded to this one . Loving it . Were you at phillip island a few weeks ago?
  9. Congratulations BULLIT. Welcome back. I also recently upgraded to a MY13 with 8000kms and love it. Very refined vehicle. Good choice.
  10. I like the sound of the dual mode muffler and the option to switch.
  11. Great feedback on the GSF Andrew. I will definately seriously consider the GSF when i upgrade my ISF. Im looking forward to test driving one myself.
  12. Hey all, if anyone has a genuine stock exhaust for sale i am looking to purchace as i am selling my car (MY10) ISF. Want to upgrade to a MY12 but want to keep my JoeZ. Please PM me if can help. Thanks.
  13. $495 each but the grip is suppose to be brilliant. How much are the Cup 2 tyres going for ISFBloke?
  14. Hi guys, im actually going to try the new Bridgestone Pure Adrenalyn Re003's. I did have a set of RE050 previously and found them extremely better than the Michelin Pilot Super Sports. Alot more grip on the rear on take off and the RE003's are even better for grip. They don't do a 275/30 but only a 275/35 which im hoping will fit. Has anyone else tried this size for the rears?
  15. We have an IS350 F sport and were curious on acceleration and performance figures compared with the GS460. I am sure in a straight line they would be very close but has anyone got any official quarter mile or 0-100 times for both.
  16. Im in Adelaide but am willing to travel to Victoria for a meet.
  17. Congratulations buddy. Hope you got a good deal on it. Looks great.
  18. If i hadnt of bought mine 2 weeks ago i would of been tempted.
  19. My plates are the V8 ISF. PM me if you ever want to catch up and talk.
  20. Yes it was from Lexus of Adelaide. My wife questioned the red interior but i just ignored her (lol)and now she loves it. It looks better in the flesh. I get more positive comments for the red interior when people see it. Brilliant car.
  21. Hey guys, happy to say i just picked up my 2012 ISF on Saturday. Very impressed with the overall improvements over the past 4 years and noticed a big difference from the previous versions. I have attached a few pick. Cheers. Proud ISF owner.
  22. The day i got my ISF my mrs got in and drove it lake a maniac. Never thought she was the type. She loves it.
  23. Hi guys, i have a MY10 ISF at the moment and am looking at upgrading to the MY12 or MY13. Besides the obvious DRL lights and dashboard what is the difference in ride, power and overall performance. TIA.
  24. Just got my car back today from the transport company as i attended the Lexus of Chatswood F Club track day. I would firstly like to extend a big THANK YOU to Chris and the rest of the team for their exceptional service and support. The track day was nothing short of brilliant. It was nice to meet fellow ISF owners and IS350 owners who are as keen or if not more keen about their Lexus's as i am. All the guys there were good sports and were just having a good time. Even though i had to travel from Adelaide for this event it was definitely worth it. I would be happy to do it again. I would also like to personally thank Andrew (ISF Bloke) for his hospitality and friendship. I can honestly appreciated and see how much effort goes into organising this event and how Chris and the team make every effort to accommodate everyone. Brilliant effort guys. You have earned my respect and friendship.
