  1. Nice, was gonna go but got sick from the damn store the day before. Couldn't even get outta bed. Heard the traffic was no joke though.
  2. Castle Hill exhaust. Apart from them, I've got a friend who does custom work like that. Does a good job of it too. Ping me on FB if you want his details.
  3. No. The headers came from a low mileage 2012 ISF wreck. Headers supplied by Lexmania. Update, headers are on. Very happy with them. The Borla exhaust got a bit louder but not silly. Perfect for me. Exhaust note changed too & is much more aggressive. Even has a nice pulse to it now. Certainly a substantial improvement in power. I have new sticky Potenza SO01's (same as supplied on LFA & 458 Italia) & wheelspun the moment I gave it in 1st (wouldn't do that before). ECU is still adapting, so it should get even better in the next week. Certainly do recommend!
  4. Congrats! You'll love it. Good buy & worth the extra price over an early model considering the updates (lsd, sussy etc).
  5. I'm planning to attend this event. Will watch this closely. If I can't meet you all beforehand, I'll certainly see you there.
  6. You're gonna have to lemme know once it's installed so I can hear that bad boy!
  7. Congrats & welcome back! Your previous F was gorgeous so I'm confident this next one will be awesome too. Looking forward to pics etc.
  8. Nothing really wrong with XForce. If it's the Varex one, it'd be pretty good actually as you'll be able to tone it down. If the piping is done right, no reason it won't be up there with the known ISF aftermarket exhausts. The most restrictive parts of the ISF exhaust are (in this order): Headers (especially the primary cats) Secondary Cats Y piece (looks press bent) X piece (debatable as to how much of a restiction that is - probably not much in IMO) I don't believe there's any known gains from changing the mufflers only.
  9. That sucks! Was looking forward to meeting you.
  10. I have no CEL issues. Upgrading headers is when you'd start to have that problem, although there are solutions.
  11. ^How was the brake dust on the Stoptech pads? As bitey as OEM? I wouldn't expect the Project Mu NS400's to be magic. With brake pads, nothing really comes for free. You always sacrifice a bit of something, to gain elsewhere. I'd bet the StopTech pads emit more brake dust than the NS400's. Next time round, if I could find something more bitey, but still emits less brake dust than OEM, I'd give it a go.
  12. I've got Project Mu rotors & NS400 pads all round. They were initially a bit noisy, but after some mileage quietened down (completely). The NS400 pads certainly aren't as bitey as OEM pads, but I don't mind trading that for the dramatic reduction in brake dust.
  13. Go header back exhaust Vaku to free up the whole system Vaku.
  14. I'll be there. Good to see there'll be more ISF's there than ever before.
  15. There's a Lexus meet later in October. Best integrate it into that. I know there's a few F owners looking to attend (myself included).
  16. Evasive are a mob in the States (you can google their site). They had a back order with Japan for some units since the start of this year, which Tom's committed fulfill. I was luckily able to secure one, called around to a few people actually & spoke to them in US time (was on a mission), but the wait was quite long. Cost was about $2k landed, thanks to the AUD & expensive shipping via Fedex. Still have the damaged one in my garage actually, which can be repaired/hydrodipped.
  17. Welcome mate! I love JZX110's. Was about to import one even. Wanted to get one & add verte kit oor similar to make it look tbe way I liked but realised any attractive 110 (to me) would've been too low for daily driving. Goodluck with the ISF hunt. You won't regret it.
  18. My new replacement Tom's rear diffuser just arrived from Evasive. Fitted within 24hrs by the body shop. The rear end is once again graced with carbon fibre :)
  19. FYI - I believe that's the same day as WTAC.
  20. ^ I'm really impressed with the drop of the Swifts. It looks about as low (even a bit lower in some pics) than I have my coilovers set.
