wow man thats a great looking car -
oh and 1 more point to add about the price it aint lexus its the cost of bringing imported cars to australia and the LCT alot of factors in reality the ISF should be around the 80-90K AUD range but the tax just kills it

its all about the direction they are headed prime example LFA why would they make it As i mentioned before Lexus is going with a new heading of direction of Sports luxury they want to shake the image of the lexus being a oldies car 10% faster? yes maybe in a straight line Cornering/Brakes/Transmission/behviour is nothing like a IS350 Why would BMW make a M3 and sell it along side the 335I and charge another 320 price on top? The IS350 will never be able to come close to a ISF in all aspects reason for the 220d's death was the emissions and the *BLEEP*ty quality of the 220'd engine its been killed off but look what we have now IS300h Lexus has chosen the Hybrid power is the way to go instead of diesel

My Is200 Drift Car Build

looking good there mate -
Copied from previous post - to keep it consistent. Updated. Walking into the dealership I was like a kid in a toy shop looking for that toy he's wanted all year for Xmas. My first impression was, wow it looks... bigger! And hot! I actually love the front grille; but something needs to be done about the number plate holder; it hides too much of the grille It looks to sit lower but is actually higher, the rear door is longer giving the appearance of a bigger car. Sitting inside the 350 F Sport for the first time I noticed that the front seats are grander than the 2IS Fsport and I just seemed to fit better. Tick. On a negative note though, the centre console buttons (air con, volume knobs etc), do not look as though it has been given enough thought and doesn't seem to match the rest of the interior. I'm 6'1 so in the 2IS you'd be lucky to get a 6 year old in the back seat behind my drivers seat, but in this, with my position set, I sat in the back and there is stacks of room for me with wiggle room. Tick. Boot is massive and the folding rear seats are impressive, tick tick. Taking for a drive I was impressed with the overall feel and blown away with the driving modes, it can be felt immediately switching from Normal to Sports +, it just feels tighter and more responsive. I wasn't able to really let loose, but could feel the potential. Damn happy with my purchase! Can't wait to pick it up. One thing, who ever comes up with a mod to remove the headlight washers let me know. once i again buddy congrats on the new purchase first 3IS member!

Actually, it's more than that. 1. LCT is payable on the dealer delivery charge. :( 2. The amount subject to LCT is based on the GST-inclusive value of the car. On the plus side, the LCT threshold has increased to $60,316. So amount subject to LCT = $80,000 + 2,500 - $60,316 = $22,184. The LCT payable is then calculated on the GST-exclusive portion of that amount. LCT = $6655.20. (As you can see, the reference to "GST-exclusive" in calculation of LCT is confusing. You work out the amount subject to tax on a GST-inclusive amount, and then you subtract GST on that amount, and then you calculate the LCT. Of course, 33% of a GST-inclusive amount is the same as 30% of a GST-exclusive amount ... it would be must easier to just say "30% on the GST-inclusive amount above the threshold.") 3. Stamp duty is payable on the dealer delivery charge AND the LCT. (Basically, the total price you pay for an unregistered car.) So stamp duty in Tasmania = 4% of ($80,000 + $2,500 + $6,655.20) = $3,566.21. The total on-road cost is therefore approximately $93,371 in Tasmania. u sure LCT is added on later? i always thought it was inc on the price since it's tax
