  1. It won't harm the car and if its free then go for it but I wouldn't pay for it.
  2. LF-A style big tacho instrument cluster Digital and analogue speedo Darker carbon fibre on the centre console.
  3. How close was LH to the wall!!!! My comment on Vettel was more accurate than expected. I thought both Lewis & Webber drove fantastic races. Yes I agree with your comment that Webber needs to be backed as # 1 driver for RBR.
  4. How do you calculate this pecentage? Your use of the word "about" suggests a guess. Taking in to consideration variables such as type of driving, driver behaviour & even climate I think your 5% v 3 cents a litre is in no way accurate. 5% v 3%??? I get more than a 2% difference between my tanks of petrol depending on my type of driving. E10 works fine. It has an octane rating of between 94-96. The octane difference to 98 is in pecentage terms less than the increase in price. Thats not a guess.
  5. Can't believe how long they are flat out for. Vettel will be desperate.
  6. Here we go...Spa. Who will it be????????? Anyone with F-duct has a good chance.
  7. Probably need the answer to your question before telling him he got ripped. Obviously there had to be other stuff done. Indicative pricing only: Source http://www.lexusofblackburn.com.au/service/fixed-price-servicing/ Model..........15,00Kms/12 mths.......30,000Kms/24mths..........45,000Kms/36 mths IS250..............No charge....................$645.00.............................$585.00 GS300............No charge....................$595.00.............................$630.00 GS460............No charge....................$740.00.............................$675.00 NG RX350.......No charge....................$615.00.............................$745.00 LS460.............No charge....................$775.00.............................$760.00
  8. A non Lexus service history has a negative impact on your re-sale value....
  9. Have a look in your service book......it covers what is done at the different services.
  10. Like Jay Leno http://www.jaylenosgarage.com/at-the-garage/super-cars/lexus-lfa/
  11. New GS is next year. The model line is changing. GS250, GS350 & GS450h is what I've heard will be offered. I've got a couple of other ideas....once they are clearer I might PM something over to you ilv1004s.
  12. Not on the long weekend!!! Please Ilv. I missed the last meet. Motorshow is in October. Could that be involved? Word on the street is that CT200h, IS350 & LF-A will all be on the Lexus stand. Just a thought.
  13. This guy does the best work.....lots of expensive & performance cars. http://www.hitechmufflers.com.au/home.php I've had him do lots of work, always good.
  14. Idc I see nothing wrong with your post or expressing your opinion....thats the good thing about this forum is different opinions. Gotta say ilv1004s, I think it looks hot. When I saw the photos of the wheels on their own I didn't post but thought "why did he pick those?" & "they are gonna stick out for sure & sit wrong" but now they are on the car all I can say is WOW!!!!! Can't wait to see it in person....Congrat's ilv1004s P.S Tempe tyres, I've never bought anything from them. While they may sell some cheap stuff, they also carry some expensive wheels as well. They have grown into a thriving/successful business that look after alot of people. Why is everyone so down on them?
  15. Jom, Pre-collision System is what you're talking about and you're right is was there before. Pre-collision Braking is the third & new addition to this system. Pre Collision System (PCS) The PCS consists of 3 main components: 1. Pre Collision Seatbelts 2. Pre Collision Brake Assist 3. Pre Collision Braking If the PCS determines that a frontal collision is unavoidable (not merely likely) and the driver has not yet started braking, it can activate the brakes to reduce vehicle speed and hence reduce damage / injury. It is important to understand that by the time PCB activates it is most likely too late to avoid the collision. The PCB feature serves to reduce damage and injury, not to avoid the accident. It gives the driver the maximum amount of time to take action to avoid the accident (ie steering) before operating the brakes only when the accident becomes unavoidable.

  17. Yeah but is it still available??? :D Hahahahaha :D
  18. 4 inch????? Won't that be way too big for a 250, especially since there's two of them?
  19. So far it sounds like tires too narrow for the width of the rim...so that the side wall of the tire is on an angle rather than vertical? is that the look?
