in agreeance with projectis. i've just got headrests with lcd monitors for entertainment. the dtv option seemed more trouble than it was worth! but if you are keen to do it you can find the info on one of the us forums. it's been talked about over there and discussed in some detail! http://www.xtenza.eu/video.html I use this to install a DVB-T tuner in my RX400h (produced 11.2006 w/ mark levinson audio and DVD changer). Tv tuner and internal dvdch can be watchen on nav display while driving. Hi Vesko, Thanks for the post! Did you say that you installed this with the ML unit?? Must admit, haven't really looked into this option because I don't really like plugging in foreign device mods into existing equipment unless I know exactly what it is doing to acheive the result. Hence why I prefer the manual hardwire mod. Never the less, this may be a good option for the members that want a quick and easy route to acheive the desired result. Back to my original question about you installing this on an ML sys, the backplane pictured looks completely different to our ML's. Are the pin outs the same??

Well, gotta admit, just reading that little snippet and reminding myself about the 300odd kw out of that little power house in that small a#$ body definately has well and truely re-ignited my interest. If its RRP is $129k, wonder how much movement they will have to play with!!! 10k?? I reakon more!! LDC, sorry brother, you wouldn't want a 6speed manual if you got an 8speed that up shifts so damn quick!!! Don't think I could match it!! (.1sec) Twoohhh!!! ;) Korvan, got some spare cash for me mate!!! :D

Not happy!!! Damn I hate my parking spot in town!! It was only a matter of time and unfortunately it happened today!!! Sorry QQQ, U did so well not to gutter mark the wheels, and I did my rear in less than a month. And I did it real good too.(Almost half way around)!! Bloody CBD basement parking!!! Anyway the reason for the post is that I got a mobile wheel repair guy coming around on Wednesday and he's suppose to be pretty good. He spins the wheel up on the car then clear coats it when finished. He's about $160 a wheel!!! I will let y'all know if his any good because im sure that im not the only one that has a crappy CBD park!! No disrespect Q, I was "not happy" when I scratched this wheel, Man I would of been P#$ed if it were the $1000 a pop "Work VS1's" that I want to get!! I think that I might have to look @ getting a new parking spot before then!!!

Well, this is the drop im looking for!!! I know, no where as dramatic as Niicks, but hey, reasonable!! If i were to estimate, I would say it would be about 1.7" from what I got now @ the rears, the front is a little too low but I had to see what it looked like!! ;) Who mentioned it to me a while ago that they sourced the Eibachs or the Teins local!! Surely we don't need to go OS!!!!

Oh yeh, & Boeky72, Im with you, I still enjoy jumping in even if its to work and I know that I will be stuck in peak hour!! ;)

Hey Niick, How many K's have U done?? Surely the cat would be fine with the age of our cars! I just did a quick "google", as you do, and most of the guys were talking about the engine running rich. (Oxygen sensor)!. But hey, surely you would notice a rough idle or some change in engine behaviour! Mate, gotta say, I have never smelt it with my car and I would put it forward to Lexus that no one else in our forum has the prob! (That is if im not speaking too early)!!!

Hey Niick, I think that we all can say that you are now the forums official Photoshop "GURU"!!! I like what ilv suggested with incorporating an outline instead of having it filled with a background. Something along the lines of the logo I PM'd ya a while ago. Don't know how hard it would be to do, but if the line thickness could thin out towards the ends. You know, try to give it a sleek look!! Thanks for the effort mate!!

I agree with Art on the X demos, definately a good option if your budget is a bit tight. The good thing with Lexus is that they utilise loan cars with their servicing. They on average, they will only keep the car in the loan phase untill it hits the 5K mark. Then they will sell it. The dealers wont always see them so you will have to scout around. One thing I did prior to buying new was utilise a broker to find me a pre-loved cars. He had a lot of contacts that had access to these cars. For me, it ended up more beneficial to buy new, but this could be a good option if you want to save some cash!!
