Perhaps you're noticing the mirrors dipping up and down? I'm sure nothing should move except the gears and mirrors.

You really won't regret it. I can also guarantee you'll make money converting that car back to stock. Even if you don't you'll have a tastefully modded car that's not too over the top.

Due to costs I've decided to cancel the rigid collars and go with only the rear aluminum subframe billets http://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-f-2008-2014/774034-rear-subframe-suspension-brace.html http://www.clublexus.com/forums/build-threads/759281-redspencer-s-track-tuned-is350-w-os-giken-lsd-build-thread.htm

I'll take that white interior off you if you're willing to take my black F Sport interior haha I'm sure there are people willing to swap your whites for their blacks. It's a really good deal for a my13

There's not much difference in MY12 models and MY11 models except the slight headlight upgrade. The LED drls on the MY12 models are slightly whiter than MY11 models and also have a different internal blackout. Other than that there's no difference so I would just go for a cheaper MY11 model. I think 62 for that SA one is ok but everyone wants a bargain in their purchases. In the end, as you may know, it's what you're happy to pay for the car and what the seller's happy to let it go for. If I were in your shoes I'd still go for that MY13 ISF in QLD. You could part out the mods yourself and make some profits potentially bringing the car purchase price down lower.

General consensus on these forums is that you indeed do pick up an MY11+ model for the updated suspensions, LSD, cluster, headlights. If you have the money to go a step further I would recommend the MY13+ which has the updated navigation system including bluetooth music streaming and HDD based nav which is WAY quicker than the CD based of MY12 and down. A good example would be this one here. http://www.carsales.com.au/private/details/Lexus-IS-F-2012/SSE-AD-4095002/?Cr=3 You wanted stock but for what the car is that one is exceptional value. If all else fails you could part it out and swap it for stock parts with members on the forum as there are always people wanting mods for the ISF. http://www.carsales.com.au/private/details/Lexus-IS-F-2012/SSE-AD-3952614/?Cr=5 This example here is NOT an MY13 (You can tell by the Navigation unit interface and the buttons on the side and bottom). MY13+ has 3 buttons on the bottom and MY12 and down have 4 buttons as well as the telephone icon as opposed to the DISP icon on others. http://www.carsales.com.au/dealer/details/Lexus-IS-F-2013/OAG-AD-12918706/?Cr=1 This is also an MY13 but located in WA

I've managed to get in contact with a guy regarding some Aluminum Subframe Braces. Basically these will replace your stock ones and strengthen the joints between the subframe and the chassis resulting in less flex. Apparently improves overall handling and balance in the rear during cornering. http://www.clublexus.com/forums/is-f-2008-2014/774034-rear-subframe-suspension-brace.html http://www.clublexus.com/forums/build-threads/759281-redspencer-s-track-tuned-is350-w-os-giken-lsd-build-thread.html He won't make any until I manage to find at least 3 people interested. Price will probably be around $150 USD for the set and an extra $25 per billet to get them painted in blue (for anyone interested) Currently asking for better group buy prices and shipping to Australia. Also have a source for some Spoon Sports Rigid Collars for the Lexus IS250/350 ISF These are pretty much sleeves around your bolts and subframe connections into the chassis eliminating unwanted chassis movement and improves overall dynamics and handling of the car. Also eliminates road noise, corrects steering, less tire wear. http://www.speedhunters.com/2011/06/car_life_gt_gt_fitting_rigid_collars_to_the_gt_r/ This is a link to speedhunter's GT-R This is a link on how Rigid Collars pretty much work If you frequent the tracks this is definitely the mod for you If you just daily your car, this is also a mod for you If you daily your car and hoon on the occasional mountain pass, this is also a mod for you. Price is $600 AUD shipped for individual orders but I've contacted Gaijin Garage in WA and they're willing to set us up with a group buy if I have enough interests. PM me or post below if you're interested and I'll try start something up.

Like Vaku said, even though it's minimal horsepower gains it gives the car a nice tone. I do however, remember an IS350 with the F Sport intake doing around 200rwkw at dyno day. Stock does around 191rwkw.
-
An intake will only give you a nicer tone upgrade on the car with very MINIMAL upgrades to horsepower. If you want more power you're looking at full bolt ons and possibly a tune from Japan.

Any changes or upgrades to a My14 to a My 15 Rcf.

I'm 99.99% sure that there are no changes. It is more correct to say 2014 MY15 models as there are no MY14 models of the car. -
Yes, I am interested. Any squeaking? Noticeable change?

It combines the deep tone of the F Sport intake with the refinement of the sound generator. The HPS tube is also considerably wider than the F Sport allowing for more air. So yes it is louder I believe and deeper. Great thing about it though is that it doesn't come on until after 3.5k rpms or under full acceleration. Whilst normal driving it's like it's not even there.
