  1. Cars and Coffee was good, except the car park area was very sloshy to drive on with all the rain we have had. Here are a couple of picture.
  2. I'll be coming along, see you there.
  3. Yes speedo's rarely are, that's why I use my RaceChrono timer with external GPS receiver, much more accurate than just a mobile phone. that's also why I run 35 series tyres on the rear, I'm sure 30 series would say 235 on the speedo. but they are good fun days
  4. My highest speed at Eastern Creek is 225kph on the main straight, checked with my GPS timer. and yes turn 1 approaches fast
  5. You can only try. it sounds like a good plan
  6. Yes it sounds deeper than stock, & looks like a work of art. I think ISF's look much better with the stock exhaust tips
  7. It was just over $300.oo. I installed it myself, the DVD reader is in the boot. I was at Lexus and they had Ver 21, so I had to have it. navshop.com.au has it listed for $295.oo
  8. Updated from Ver 17 in my GS, to Ver 21. picked it up from Lexus in September 2015. I'm happy.
  9. I have a 2003 GS, I get on average 9.0l/100km on the highway, sometimes slightly better. around the city 14 to 17l/100km, it depends how you drive. the GS is a great highway cruising vehicle. enjoy.
  10. Hello & welcome, a nice GS. you will enjoy it.
  11. I agree Michelin Pilot Sport Cup tyres are very good. I use them on track days, and they are better than Michelin Pilot Super Sports, that I use for the road, (& used to use at the track). The Cup 2 tyres were not out in our sizes when I purchased my Cup + tyres, but when they wear out, I'll be using the Cup 2's, which are better still.
  12. It was a good day today, and a couple more pictures.
  13. Looks like good weather for today. lets not forget about Silver.
  14. Sounds good to me.

  19. Looks good in yellow, very nice.
  20. 11.1 that's fast, I wonder what he has done to the ISF.
  21. It shouldn't matter which model, I run them in my ISF & GS LTuned.
  22. You can do just the front pads, that's all that I have changed. I'll change over the back pads when they wear out. The standard rear pads now make more dust then the fronts. I would only machine the rotors if they were badly grooved. if you machine them, your taking life of the rotors.
  23. Yes Lexus brake pads make too much dust, & I was always cleaning the mags. you could try Project Mu, Type NS 400 street pads, which are low dust & good quality. the standard rotors should be fine. Click on the link, or copy & paste, and have a look. you will have to pick your vehicle. http://www.project-mu.com.au/en/products/pad_ns.php
