  1. mate the only guys I would get PPF through in Sydney would be Pro Vinyl. Yes they are more expensive, but it will be x10 better and it would take 1 week. Less than satisfactory finish and experience
  2. Welcome to the first of our x3 meet up and cruises for the year. Following up on the success of last years EOY meet up we wanted to formalise this. We will be cruising along some of NSWs best scenic roads (inlcuding the one in the picture above) and stopping for lunch near the iconic Kiama blow hole. Details: Meet Up Time: 9:30am Location: Meguiars/MotorActive - Unit 35 Slough Business Park, Holker Street, Silver Water Departure Time: 10:00am Lunch: 12:00pm approx at finish and chips at Kiama. We will have the opportunity to take some great photos against awesome backgrounds. Return Departure: Approx 2:00pm Make sure to have a full tank of gas upon arrival. We will distribute maps at the event. Look forward to meeting and catching up with as many of you as possible. NB: We are looking for support photographers for all our events. So anyone that has friends that are into photography, want a free lunch and take photos of some epic cars (including the million dollar LFA) please let me know!! heaf over to our Facebook page, join up and post your attendance. Let’s us know here if youre keen too. Spread the word people!! Guys please note that this is an F Performance Club meet only. Happy for you to invite any other ISF, RCF or GSF owners they can obviously join the club as well - not to cause offence but this doesn’t include Fsport, is200, is250/350 and RC350 drivers
  3. What were you after mate? thats all he gave me. But we did discuss it end he showed me different parameters etc
  4. Here you go mate. Ignore the 412 figure. That was him demonstrating how the figures could be fudged as per my explaination previously. The final figure was 403
  5. It’s at Mum and dads. I’ll have to find it. Haven’t had time to go there lately.
  6. Come out to one of our track days John - only $250- $350 a day!!
  7. As the title suggests - I’m selling my XForce Exhaust off my ISF. Been on the car for a little over a year. Nothing wrong with it, just want to change it up. Cost new - $1470 + install Selling: $1100 postage: pick up Hornsby can arrange for install as you pick up, as it will be from a workshop. PM me for more details
  8. You guys have been asking for it - so here it is!! Original Dyno Pull of 339hp atw with Xforce Cat Back, HPS intake and AFe Drop in filter (447 nm torque) RR Racing Performance Package Inc: PPE Headers, Tuned Intake with larger MAF and custom tune = 403hp atw (527nm) - see video below Sound doesnt do it justice - this thing blew my ears off! There are so many caveats to this an the reading- different conditions and input/ramp rates can read out false figures. so dont get hung up on numbers, as long as you dyno back to back, using same parameters its the increase/difference that matters. Happy to say, Im part of the 400hp atw club now :) Special shout out to RR-Racing Motorsports Engineering They are THE authority when it comes to this platform. Their service and knowledge was second to none. They asnwered calls on public holidays and late at night all so that my experience was the best i could have. Results speak for themselves guys !!! How to fudge figures - how to get the most accurate reading I initially had a low reading this morning - the car was hot, we had changed the position of the dyno fan to try and pump air into the airbox (per verbal instructions from the team at RR - we might have been doing it incorrectly) - we should have just left as we had it in the original run. After letting it cool down, running the exhuast fan for a while and positioning the fan in the original placement we were able to pick up additional horsepower. This was mainly due to the A/F ratios being in a much happier place due to the coolant and intake temp. Running the car in 4th gear will get you another 10-15hp. Also changing the ramp rate for the rollers can get you another 10-15hp if so desired - this can be seen with the 412hp reading on the monitor. The higher the ramp rate the faster the car will come to speed and the higher the output/reading NB: both my initial run and recorded run was done in 6th gear - closest to 1:1 ratio. Anything less - youre just cheating yourself
  9. RRRACING- view my performance build notes. Bang for buck can’t go past it
  10. No one mentioned anything about troubles?!! If anything the guys at RRRacing are super helpful even getting back to me across their holiday weekend (2 hour response time) why wouldnt i go local 1. their tune is tried and proven especially with their product like the enlargened MAF. Let’s face it when it comes to Lexus ISF specifics, they are the ones that have put the most research and development into the platform 2. Cost of their tune - AUD$950 approx. cost of local tune options $1800.
  11. Bro I can’t remeber. There were two a black and a white one. Can’t remeber which one I beat. Great time out there though. Latest runs had some BIG cars. After this weekend that went past we are getting a crew for next year to get a garage and attend a few events ifntounhavent already join the facebook and Instagram pages- Lexus ISF/RCF/GSF Club Australia!
  12. Hi team, up for sale are my 2.5inch inlet xforce mufflers. As these are generic mufflers they can be adapted to fit onto a stock ISF, IS350 and pretty sure IS250 exhaust. this is perfect for someone that doesn’t want a full exhaust but wants more volume from their stock exhaust. A much cheaper alternative - gives a great deep tone price: $350 firm for both postage: pick up only from Hornsby many questions let me know. ph: to be provided to winning bidder
  13. Good to meet you as well mate. Yeah it was a lot of fun. ill be organising another one In February. There is a meet up and show in silverwater this weeekend. So will put up a new event and see who wants to join!
  14. Link didn’t work mate. best to post as a YouTube clip
  15. SUCH an awesome day had by all. ive never seen this many ISFs in the one place at the same time!! had an awesome cruise to the beaches and did an awesome canyon style run that allowed us to let those V8s sing. If you weren’t part of this you missed out. Check out the video below!! guys be sure to post up all your pics of the meet!
  16. Guys - checked the weather. This is still on. No rain for tomorrow and sunny in the morning with clouds in the arvo. Bring it on!!!
  17. Guys - only two days more. can I get a final role call of those turning up. Thinking of cruising to The Newport for some lunch afterwards for those that are keen
  18. Mate got no idea what this is lol. why do you need this? Is this out of pure interest? Any benefits?
  19. Yeah they always are a lot of fun. Last few times I went I had a garage with mates- this makes things even better. Pull in, talk *BLEEP*, go back out for a few runs. yeah I’d never boost our cars, too much can potentially go wrong. I’d take our cars over a faster boosted 4 any day. Yeah I reckon I’d be in the low 4s for 0-100 for sure. Thise tesla figures are INsANE! Going to change the game. And it will be under $250k over in the states!
  20. Look forward to meeting you KOOP21 anyone else guys - spread the word. You must be able to vouch for these guys, if any dic#heads turn up and ruin it, we cant have more meet ups. Last thing any of us want is unwanted attention!
  21. So last night was a blast! Had some decent runs. Faced off against some big cars. to be brutally honest, my car even with all the mods on it was still in the bottom 30% of cars there. Its all about forced induction. Guys buy a $15k Supra, spend $20k on mods and have a weapon!!! I did race some farken quick Golf Rs - 300KW at all 4 wheels with 30% less weight - only beat me by a car length. Beat a couple of cars including a Supra - had a grudge match with a 2017 Audi TT RS - 300kw at the fly - weighs much less than us, but with a 0-100 in less than 3.7 secs!!! (compared to our 4.9 secs stock) - i won one, he won the other. I will be putting on the semi slicks and lighter OEM wheels next time. If i can get 2 additional cars to come with me next month, i will book a garage which we can all share costs. Will need to be in the next few days as tickets sell out quick https://rollracing.com.au/ approx cost is $65 for you plus supporter vehicle. + $20 for daily racers license or $65 for the entire year. These things are always good as a group, is very social and a cheap night out with plenty of action!! Will be getting the final POST dyno pull w/c 4th December. Ill share footage and figures with you all
