  1. looks pricey, but very very nice. It seems you need to add the pedals?
  2. All you need for feedback is to browse this forum ;)
  3. Perhaps the production version will look a little more on the tame side? I certainty hope so as there is no way I am doing this to my car.
  4. Yeah it sucks in Europe they go up 100 octane.
  5. I'd like the power of the SC but without all the that kiddish aftermarket look, I hope the final product will be more subtle.
  6. While its exciting I am not sure I would make those sort of modifications to my car.
  7. try to get out on the road in this in AU you'll be arrested before you know it:)
  8. Yeah I just posted the same this morning:) Been talking to them apparently it's coming in a couple of months. Danny, do you have any insider info?
  9. So far I am happy with this product. Little bit of noise but not a deal breaker by any means.
  10. Glad you are enjoying the car. By the sound of things you have a lot of reading to do on this forum and in general. Those things you have noticed are completely normal/required for a high performance car as such and it seems this is the first time you are experiencing such a car. You need to forget about comparing the F to the 250 or even 350 they are different animals altogether. You should try the 1st gen IS-F and you will not even mention hard ride on yours ;) As for the mirrors they do fold but you need to have the L mirror button ON. The brakes are very typical please read up on that there is not much you can do, again high performance components have some side effects, you can go after market for less noise but that's another story.
  11. Long story long ago best to be left forgotten.
  12. click the link provided and you shall see ;)
  13. Hey Guys, Just a heads up. Some of you may be interested in this if you don't already know about it:
  14. got it installed. First impressions: - front end now handles like a gokart - can more confidently throw the car into corners - grip seem to have increased by noticeable amount - big squeaks initially but after 5 minutes of driving completely silent. - feel more in contact with tires/road better steering feedback. Overall I feel if the noise will not be an issue this will live up to it's hype, it could really be some of cheapest upgrades that offer significant performance gains. I hope this helps. Will report back periodically on how it feels.
  15. The F is in a different league altogether you cannot mention them on the same page especially with the Commodore. I had a TRD Aurion before my first F which was way more powerful than the stock ZR6 (I had an SX6 before that long ago) so I understand your comparisons but you cannot compare them at all.
  16. This looks to be in good shape and dealer seems OK I think I've dealt with them in the past. My first F was this color and I loved it. This is a nice car with low Kms however if you can squeeze a little more definitely get a 2011 that is what you ultimately should upgrade to.
  17. will get it installed around the 10th but will not be able to track test it for a while. So street impressions only but will report back ASAP.
  18. Yes that's what all mechanics and Toyota told me until I took it to one who put the right oil in it and the rattle stopped.
  19. I would never have a turbo but SC is a different story it's like an extension to the engine nice linear power delivery. I've been told we can expect them to be released around June-July.
  20. Read bottom of this page RE: Supercharger! http://www.rr-racing.com/RR-Racing-Lexus-IS-F-ECU-Upgrade-Tune-p/isftune001.htm Exciting!
  21. Need separate set for track days only:)
