they should be similar to 3IS and 2IS sepcs 19x8.5-9 fronts with around 30-40 offset 19x10 with high 30s to 40s offset should be good

well its worth getting nrma to have a look at it also a good idea to get a full PPSR report for any accident insurance claims etc only cost 30 bucks or so -

stock isf will make more than 233kw atw more like 250-260 kw it'll beat all of the HSV's bar the VF GTS supercharged ISF is in a different class to the HSV in power dlivery handling and quality wise -
why dont you just buy a new set every few years i buy new mats for all my cars every 1.5 to 2 years or so

the so called cold start rattle is caused by cam gears 06-09 was a common problem but they changed the cam gears on on the later 09+ this was actually warranted by lexus australia as well contact the dealer even though your warranty might be out iv heard alot of people who still got it replace under warranty after their warranty expired

first half of 09 didnt have LSD pretty much same spec with 2008 later half (after august) 2009 had LSD same spec as 2010

on the side it should have a built date with all along with a barcode get him to send a pic of the built date and code also a chassis number too i can search if it is a LSD equipped car or not
