  1. 55W is high beam brightness, illegal and will blind other people on the road.
  2. Ended up working... looks like I missed a great meet :( Next time!
  3. I might be around the city on Saturday... PM me with details and if I'm around I'd be keen to meet up.
  4. I doubt it'd be much more than 15kW, hardly worth the cost in my opinion. The engine is pretty highly strung out of the factory, with very little leeway for decent modification without spending 5 figures. Compression is way too high to do anything decent with it apart from intake & exhaust.
  5. It's a shame that Toyota locks either ECUs so hard we can't play with them. Even back on the old Soarers the only way to tune was to get a PowerFC or other (proper) piggyback ECU like the eManage or FCON.
  6. Yep, intake out on the drivers side to get to the bulb easily. Pull the wiper reservoir neck out on the passenger side for more room too.
  7. Heading out for a massive night... see you guys (hopefully) in the early arvo :) I'll be the one looking like a zombie somewhere around Wollongong. Try not to call me until 12pm please
  8. And if they are the adaptive steering headlights, $4500 the pair... fun times :)
  9. Chris, Lehman, Lalo and ISI250 will have a good time then :P To the rest of you lazy bums, you'll miss out on my lucky door prize!
  10. Plenty of indoor space to host the BBQ and undercover places to park cars down at my end.
  11. I've got an APEXi ECV (manual version) if anyone is interested. 90mm version. ~11dB difference between fully open/closed on a 3.5" straight through exhaust system.
  12. You'll miss the Seacliff Bridge on that route, but it will cut about 20 mins out of the journey time as you won't have to do 50km/h through a million suburbs from Stanwell to the Gong.
  13. 20s aren't obscene at all :P I've got 20x10 on the rear of mine with 275 rubber. Fits perfectly without any scrubbing or guard massaging. You just need the correct offset (+45mm). Looks delicious from behind too :)
  14. Yeah, quite enjoyable without the usual hassles of police and modified cars :)
  15. $360 to fix a wheel is crazy. I bought a 20x10" chrome wheel for $300 new!
